Wild swim. 3rd August. 2022. 3pm £8 pp Meet in the The Falcon carpark, Castle Ashby. 2.30pm Short car ride down to the Lake. Come and experience open water swimming, in a private lake in Castle Ashby. The lake was designed by Capability Brown, overlooked by Castle Ashby House and the Norman Church of St. Mary Magdalene. An hour long session (or ten minutes)in spectacular freshwater lake with expert life guards Offering 500 metre swim course, fringed by attractive water lilies. There are also multiple benefits associated with open water swimming, such as improved sleep and mood. Tow floats are provided. A marquee for changing Life guards in attendance No toilets or showering facilities Limited to 10 people per session. If more than 10, we  can arrange another session.  Cafe available for tea and cake after swim
