Walking Netball £6 pp

This event is being led by Elana Albery. Community Sports Co-ordinater for North Northants Council.  Come and enjoy some exercise in the form of Walking Netball - no running or jumping  allowed ! This is easier said than done.  We will be doing some circuit exercises to improve our balance and co-ordination. Hopefully we will finish the session with a few games.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and gym shoes or trainers and bring a drink.  If you hear the whistle you are in the wrong!  Boys and girls all invited.
