Summer walk and picnic £4

LONGER WALK. 5.5miles. A pretty walk , at first along the Grand Union Canal, leaving the Canal at Nether Heyford Wharf. Walk across to Church Stowe. The path back to WEEDON, is across field paths and tracks, with lovely views.

SHORTER WALK. No more than 3 miles. Can be decided on the day how far the group would like to walk. A gentle stroll along the Canal side path, returning through the village.

Wear stout foot wear, and weather appropriate clothing, drinks and a picnic, if desired. Pub in the village, The Cross keys.

Bring picnic chairs, to set up in the Depot grounds, for a picnic lunch. Café on site. And the Depot is worth exploring.
