About the event
Although we subsidise events, we often generate a surplice of money over the year. We usually donate this surplice to a local charity and we would appreciate any ideas you have for a suitable recipient. The amounts are relatively small, so may benefit a small charity more than a National or International organisation. But if it's something close to your heart, we'll be interested whatever the size of the charity.
The committee will draw up a short list to be voted on at the AGM.
