About the event
Our annual walk in the dark. Hopefully by the light of a full Super moon.
We will be walking into Stanwick Lakes . Before quarrying started at the site in 1985,
Archaeologists uncovered thousands of years of heritage at Stanwick Lakes,
Including the remains of around 50 Iron Age roundhouses. Two roundhouses have
been reconstructed, we will visit these on our walk.
Wear stout footwear, although the paths are good and flat. Bring a torch.
