About the event
Here we go again - our annual attempt to master the game of indoor bowls followed by
a choice of three main courses, including a vegetarian option and dessert. Hot drinks machine while we are bowling and lunchtime bar available.
For the bowling, please can you wear white/light coloured tops/Christmas jumpers and grey/dark skirt/trousers. Please wear flat soled shoes if you have them, if not, they can be borrowed at the Club. Please do not arrive in the shoes that you intend to wear for bowling and check with the club instructors for their suitability (they are very protective of their rink).
Directions: Exit A14 at Junction 4 – B669 – (if you are travelling westwards). Through Rothwell to Desborough. In Desborough take 3rd right - immediately before the pelican crossing by Costa coffee. When you get to The George pub (on the left) proceed carefully over the junction then turn…
