Another visit to one of our favourite cycling locations. Starting from the South shore carpark this year, it is a leisurely level ride in an anti-clockwise direction, over the dam at the eastern end of the reservoir and a gentle swoop down to Whitwell Leisure Park where we can stop for refreshments by the water. Those with lots of puff who wish to complete the whole circuit back to Normanton will leave us here and meet us back at the start for a picnic lunch, weather permitting!
Cycle hire is available and pre-booking is advised. Please arrive in good time to complete the formalities and familiarise yourself with your steed. www.rutlandcycling.com
