Burlesque Chair Dance™ is fun, energetic, and guaranteed to burn calories FAST! Our cheeky workout appeals to women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Burlesque Fitness Classes are taking the nation by storm, with over 100 instructors teaching classes across Scotland, England, and Wales.

"Burlesque Chair Dance is a full body workout that incorporates burlesque movement and set to fabulous well known music. I would be happy to run a taster session using one of my easier routines.
Wear something comfortable to move in, tee shirt and leggings is ideal. Dancing will be in socks or barefoot and bring a bottle of water."
